Job summary

Galing Groups in the Philippines seeks a remote Parts Interpreter and Fleet Administrator to support a heavy-haul fleet operating in Papua New Guinea. You will identify and source parts, manage purchasing, and coordinate freight and stock to minimize downtime.

You will maintain fleet records, track warranty/inspections, and ensure data integrity using ChekRite and Microsoft 365. The role is full-time with a 5:00 AM–3:00 PM Manila schedule and 100% work from home.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as parts interpreter, fleet administrator or similar for heavy trucks/earthmoving equipment.
• Able to read parts catalogs and exploded diagrams, match parts by VIN/engine/model.
• Advanced Excel (lookups, pivot tables, data validation) and accurate record-keeping.
• Experience raising purchase orders and following up freight.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Identify parts from Sinotruk, Titan and other catalogs; source with part numbers and diagrams.
• Get quotes, compare price/lead time, raise PO for approval.
• Source from dealers in China, Australia, PNG; expedite urgent parts.
• Arrange sea/air freight, prepare customs paperwork, track deliveries.
• Maintain stock lists, bin locations, reorder levels; run stocktakes.
• Record parts used against trucks and manage fleet records.
