Job summary

Ethos is seeking an experienced healthcare operations manager to help train an AI model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will apply 5+ years in hospital operations, health system consulting, or care delivery redesign to create and refine outputs used by hospital executives.

This fully remote, flexible role offers 5–20 hours per week with ASAP start, and pays $100 per hour. You will collaborate with a leading AI lab to improve patient throughput models, care pathways,

About This Opportunity

We’re working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced healthcare operations managers who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks.

We’re looking for healthcare operations managers with 5+ years in hospital or health system operations, care delivery redesign, or healthcare management consulting to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: patient throughput and bed utilization models, care pathway and clinical workflow redesign proposals, hospital service line performance dashboards, payer contract and reimbursement analysis decks, staffing ratio and labor cost optimization models, and quality and patient safety improvement reports.
