A day in the life:
As a Creative Quality & Compliance Specialist, you’ll play an integral part in the overall quality and regulatory integrity of creative output across the Healthcare division, serving as the quality and compliance checkpoint within the creative production workflow. In this role, you’ll report directly to the Creative department and work alongside Creative Project Managers who own delivery timelines and task trafficking.
You will act as the gate through which every piece of creative passes before it reaches client Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) reviewers and again before it goes live. You'll review ads, landing pages, emails, social content, and video for MLR regulatory compliance, brand and design standards, and copy accuracy. Additionally, you’ll operate hands‑on inside Veeva Vault PromoMats—managing claims, annotations, references, and submission packages—while building and refining the quality standards the creative team works against to raise the bar across the healthcare portfolio.
While your primary authority is quality and compliance, you’ll also support the creative production workflow by maintaining deliverable trackers, coordinating feedback cycles with client stakeholders, and trafficking tasks between the creative team and client POCs. As the Creative Project Manager and Account PM lead delivery management at scale, you will keep the creative lane organized and moving while ensuring nothing ships that shouldn’t.
