Job summary

John Clements Family is seeking a Customer Service Agent - Healthcare for a full-time, fixed-term role based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila. You will be the first point of contact for healthcare customers, handling inquiries with professionalism and empathy while documenting interactions in our systems.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of healthcare claims or call center experience, familiarity with Medicare plans a plus, and strong communication and problem-solving

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in healthcare claims or a call center environment.
• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicare Advantage plans is an advantage.
• Understanding of healthcare plan coverage and benefits.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.
• Must have a suitable work-from-home setup, including wired internet and a backup internet connection.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and respond to outbound call requests.
• Address customer inquiries and provide accurate information within required turnaround times.
• Document calls and interactions in ticketing and tracking systems.
• Coordinate with the Claims Department and healthcare providers to resolve inquiries.
• Research and review customer claims using primary payer systems.
