The role is a 4-month fixed contract in Taguig with potential for absorption based on business needs.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in healthcare claims or a call center environment.
• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicare Advantage plans is an advantage.
• Understanding of healthcare plan coverage and benefits.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.
• This is a 4-months fixed contract.
