John Clements Family is seeking Customer Service Agents to support healthcare claims operations by handling customer and provider inquiries through inbound and outbound calls. The ideal candidate has experience in healthcare claims or a call center environment, strong communication skills, and excellent attention to detail.

The role is a 4-month fixed contract in Taguig with potential for absorption based on business needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in healthcare claims or a call center environment.
• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicare Advantage plans is an advantage.
• Understanding of healthcare plan coverage and benefits.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.
• This is a 4-months fixed contract.

Responsabilités

• Handle inbound calls and respond to outbound call requests.
• Address customer inquiries and provide accurate information within required turnaround times.
• Document calls and interactions in ticketing and tracking systems.
• Coordinate with the Claims Department and healthcare providers to resolve inquiries.
• Research and review customer claims using primary payer systems.
