Job summary

Imagenet is seeking a Healthcare Customer Service Advocate in Manila to support U.S. healthcare members. You will handle benefits inquiries, verify eligibility, and process medical claims in a high-volume BPO environment.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in healthcare customer service, strong English, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask while upholding HIPAA guidelines. Onsite role with potential hybrid arrangements based on performance and needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in healthcare BPO, call center, or healthcare customer service.
• Familiarity with Medicare processes and patient care protocols is a plus.
• Working healthcare knowledge of benefits, eligibility, and medical claims processing.
• Strong English communication, active listening, and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and chats from providers, health plans, brokers and hospitals per HIPAA guidelines.
• Provide accurate information about coverage plans, eligibility, benefits, and exclusions.
• Coordinate resolution by interfacing with Eligibility, Benefits, Claims and other departments.
• Identify trends and maintain up-to-date product knowledge and industry trends.
• Manage high volume claims with deadlines and thorough investigations.
