BruntWork is seeking an Appointment Setter (Healthcare) to be the first voice contacting privately owned medical practices in the US, helping qualify interest in apprenticeship placements. This part-time remote role from the Philippines requires calling a starter list of about 250 practices and engaging decision makers.

You will book qualified practices onto the founder's calendar for consultations, expand lead lists, and track progress in the CRM as the program scales.

Formación

• 2–5 years of outbound cold calling and appointment setting experience
• Track record of qualifying leads and booking meetings with decision makers
• Resilience and confidence in handling rejection and gatekeepers
• Clear and effective spoken communication skills

Responsabilidades

• Make outbound cold calls to privately owned medical practices across specialties
• Work from a starter list of about 250 practices with contact details
• Reach physician owners or decision makers past gatekeepers
• Qualify interest in apprenticeship programs and explain concept clearly
• Book qualified practices onto founder's calendar for full consultations
• Expand lead lists and keep pipeline full as program scales
• Track outreach and follow-ups in the CRM to prevent dropped opportunities
• Meet calling and appointment targets as the program grows
