Winning Assistants LLC. is recruiting for a part-time Appointment Setter / Cold Caller (Healthcare) who will work remotely from the Philippines. The position is 20 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–2:00 PM Pacific Time, with a pay rate of $6–$7 USD per hour and US-focused customer interactions.

The role involves reactivating cold leads, scheduling consultations, and maintaining a professional, confident communication style to effectively engage prospects and drive bookings.

Qualifications

• Must speak and write English clearly and professionally.
• Must have relevant work experience.
• NBI Clearance and/or Local Police Clearance before onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Outbound Calling & Lead Reactivation: Make outbound calls to existing leads and reconnect with potential patients.
• Appointment Setting: Book consultations for qualified leads with sales reps.
• Professional Client Communication: Communicate confidently with U.S.-based prospects and maintain a professional phone presence.
