BruntWork is seeking an Appointment Setter to be the first voice new leads hear, driving inquiries into booked appointments and supporting member upgrades. This remote, independent contractor role covers both Texas locations with a fixed daytime CST schedule (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM CST) and requires strong English communication and problem-solving skills.

You will manage lead follow-up, maintain contact with existing members, and support outreach campaigns as the business grows.

Formación

• Proven experience in cold calling or appointment setting.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Experience working with US clients or US customers.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections confidently.
• Comfort working with Excel to build and manage lists.
• Ability to commit to a full-time, fixed daytime schedule.

Responsabilidades

• Call new leads from Meta ads quickly, ideally within five minutes of inquiry.
• Follow up with leads to turn interest into booked appointments.
• Make calls and manage lead follow-up through GoHighLevel.
• Reach out to members who have not attended recently and book next appointments.
• Identify members on two lessons per month and invite upgrades to four lessons.
• Build and maintain member lists in Excel for outreach and progress checks.
