Job summary

Multiplymii LLC is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support clients of a digital healthcare platform. You will handle live chat, email responses, and order processing, reporting to the Customer Service Manager and helping with day-to-day service activities for customers.

This role is 100% remote from the Philippines with a Wednesday–Sunday, 9 AM–5 PM Sydney time schedule. The package includes 13th month pay, HMO healthcare, and a comprehensive benefits program.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a customer service environment; healthcare and/or Australian-based companies advantageous.
• Strong English skills (verbal and written).
• Strong technology skills and/or the ability to learn multiple systems (including Hubspot and Front).
• Strong attention to detail.
• Experience problem solving with customers and identifying other potential issues to resolve.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A passion for health and wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Respond to / solve inbound customer tickets, emails, live chats, and/or outbound calls.
• Respond to request a call back enquiries
• Participate in proactive customer campaigns i.e. surveys, new product launches etc.
• Communicate with pharmacies on queries or issues as required
• Assist internal stakeholders with Customer Service related tasks
