Job summary

Advantage HQ is seeking a strong people leader to head the Creative Talent Management team, building capabilities to source, vet, onboard, and coordinate creative talent for performance marketing campaigns. You will own team performance and develop talent management processes to ensure timely, high-quality results.

Working closely with Creative Leadership, you will forecast demand, manage capacity, and drive scalable processes across a remote team in a fast-growing organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in creative talent management, talent acquisition, or a related function.
• At least 2 years of direct people management experience, including coaching and performance management.
• Experience establishing and managing KPIs, monitoring results, and implementing improvements.
• Proficiency with talent pipelines and platforms to source, screen, and onboard freelance talent.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Creative Talent Management team to meet individual and team goals.
• Own KPIs, SLAs, quality standards, and delivery targets for the team.
• Oversee sourcing, screening, onboarding, and coordination of talent across campaigns and initiatives.
• Develop and improve workflows, SOPs, and operational processes for scalability.
• Forecast talent demand with Creative Leadership and align priorities with business objectives.
