Job summary

Advantage HQ is seeking a strong people leader to build and develop our Creative Talent Management team. You will own sourcing, vetting, onboarding, and coordinating creative talent to support performance marketing campaigns and UGC production.

You will mentor team members, establish performance expectations, and drive data-informed decisions to ensure timely, high-quality talent delivery as the business grows. This is a fully remote role with international collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in creative talent management or related function.
• Experience managing and developing high-performing talent teams.
• Proven ability to source, vet, onboard, and coordinate freelance/creative talent.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Data-driven decision making with KPI tracking and reporting.
• Experience leading remote or distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Creative Talent Management team and drive performance against KPIs.
• Oversee sourcing, screening, onboarding, and coordination of creative talent for campaigns.
• Develop and implement scalable talent processes and SOPs.
• Coach managers, conduct performance reviews, and manage development plans.
• Forecast talent demand and align hiring with business priorities.
• Build and maintain relationships with talent networks and partners.
