Job summary

Advantage HQ is building the next generation of creator-led growth infrastructure for consumer brands. We’re seeking a strong people leader to build and develop our Creative Talent Management team, responsible for sourcing, vetting, onboarding, and coordinating creative talent to support performance marketing campaigns and UGC production.

You will own team performance, implement talent management processes, coach team members, and establish performance expectations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in creative talent management or related field.
• At least 2 years of direct people management experience.
• Proven track record in coaching and performance improvement.
• Experience establishing KPIs and performance improvement plans.
• Familiarity with freelance talent sourcing and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Creative Talent Management team to meet goals.
• Own team KPIs, SLAs, and quality targets with accountability.
• Oversee sourcing, vetting, onboarding, and coordination of talent.
• Develop workflows, SOPs, and scalable processes.
• Provide regular updates on performance, capacity, and risks.
• Forecast talent demand and align priorities with business needs.
