Job summary

Advantage HQ is seeking a strong people leader to head the Creative Talent Management team. You will source, vet, onboard, and coordinate creative talent to support performance marketing campaigns and UGC production, while coaching team members and aligning priorities with business goals.

You will own team performance, develop talent processes, and manage capacity in a remote, fast-growing organization that collaborates across Creative Leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in creative talent management or related function.
• 2+ years of direct people management experience.
• Proven ability to set KPIs, monitor results, and drive improvements.
• Experience with creative talent sourcing, screening, onboarding, and coordination.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Creative Talent Management team to meet goals.
• Set expectations, provide feedback, and manage performance.
• Build talent processes, pipelines, and onboarding workflows.
• Coordinate talent sourcing, vetting, onboarding, and assignment alignment.
• Maintain workflows, SOPs, and quality standards for scalability.
• Forecast talent demand with leadership and plan capacity accordingly.
• Communicate progress and risks to stakeholders; resolve escalations.
