Qualifications

• 1-2 years in short-term rental operations, guest communications, hospitality, and property management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven customer service experience.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities with meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries across multiple booking platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, Company Website).
• Vet potential guests to ensure they meet booking criteria and review guest profiles for red flags.
• Proactively communicate with guests during booking journey with clear instructions and local recommendations.
• Manage the company email inbox and forward or assign emails to relevant team members.
• Answer, log, and action guest phone calls and escalate issues as needed.
• Address guest maintenance requests promptly and liaise with property managers; log in the Maintenance portal.
• Utilize Homehero to manage guest bookings, communications, property information, and tasks.
• Maintain and update property information and documentation in Google Drive.
• Identify areas for enhancement in guest experience and implement solutions.
• Adhere to company policies and collaborate with the team for seamless experiences.
• Complete other tasks and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
