Job summary

CS Outsource seeks a Guest Relations Specialist to join our growing short-term rental team and ensure exceptional guest experiences from booking through checkout.

You will be the primary point of contact for guests, handling inquiries, requests, and issues while coordinating with property management, housekeeping, and maintenance teams. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in guest relations, hospitality, or short-term rental management.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong customer service and conflict-resolution skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple conversations and priorities.
• Calm, professional demeanor for time-sensitive guest issues.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for guests from booking to post-checkout.
• Manage guest communication across Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, and messaging platforms.
• Coordinate check-ins/check-outs and special guest arrangements.
• Address complaints with professionalism and empathy.
• Coordinate with cleaners, maintenance, and local vendors.
• Maintain guest notes and records in the PMS/CRM.
