Job summary

Staff Domain is seeking a Remote Guest Experience Coordinator to support an Australian hospitality business offering short-stay apartments. You will manage guest inquiries, reservations, and guest support while delivering exceptional customer experiences at every stage of the guest journey.

Responsibilities include email and correspondence management, reservations using the PMS, and coordinating pre-arrival, stay, and post-stay services while maintaining data protection across systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel, hospitality, guest services, reservations, or front office roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field.
• Proven experience using a Property Management System (PMS), with MEWS experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest inquiries via email, phone, live chat, and messaging platforms.
• Create, modify, and cancel reservations using the PMS.
• Provide accurate information on rooms, rates, amenities, and local attractions.
