Job summary

Autodesk is seeking a GTM Enablement Lead to manage enablement tools and platforms, partnering with Mindtickle to deliver impactful training resources for global audiences. You will shape the platform design standards and execute programs across Go to Market Enablement, Program Management, and Marketing.

You will lead platform governance, advise admins, and support the rollout of CoE policies for content management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing enablement platforms (Mindtickle or similar) in enterprise environments.
• Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision.
• Comfort advising admins and senior stakeholders.
• Familiarity with digital adoption platforms (Whatfix/WalkMe).
• Experience with Salesforce related to enablement integrations.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day platform operations and content stewardship.
• Support partner audience experiences and vendor interactions.
• Manage content uploads, user access and platform hygiene.
• Lead weekly admin office hours and walk-throughs of new features.
• Govern platform content governance and naming conventions.
