Job summary

Lendi Group is seeking a GTM Coordinator - Homes to join a remote Philippines-based role, collaborating with our Sydney and Melbourne Growth teams. You will translate briefs into tasks, manage timelines, and coordinate across Creative, Content, Social, and Performance to ensure timely delivery.

You’ll also contribute copy, traffic assets, and support events while aligning with Australia-based leads on strategy and execution.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years' experience in marketing coordination, campaign coordination or project coordination.
• Experience managing briefs and tasks across multiple teams using workflow tools (Jira, Confluence, Asana, Monday.com).
• Strong written English, with ability to draft clear copy and stakeholder updates.
• Organised and calm under pressure with multiple campaigns and tight timelines.
• Proficient with AI tools and comfortable in an AI-native environment.

Responsibilities

• Translate briefs into actionable tasks, timelines and tickets across teams.
• Coordinate with Creative, Content, Social, Journeys/CRM and Performance to move deliverables to deadline.
• Proof and QA assets against briefs and brand guidelines before delivery.
• Plan events, webinars and activations with pre- and post-event workflows.
• Compile campaign status updates and post-campaign summaries from analytics.
