Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in recruitment coordination or sales support in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage high outbound call volumes and clearly sell the channel proposition.
• Highly organized with scheduling, follow-up and pipeline management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data recording in systems.

Responsibilities

• Triage and pre-screen Australia-based candidates and assess suitability.
• Engage candidates outbound to progress them through recruitment stages.
• Maintain active candidate pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Coordinate interviews and stakeholder availability to support delivery.
• Handover qualified candidates to managers with clear context and notes.
