Flexihire Talent is seeking a Marketing Manager to own our marketing function from strategy through execution, driving client acquisition and growth in a fully remote role across the Philippines. You will lead brand, content, paid ads, SEO, email, and website growth, measure performance with analytics, and collaborate with the CEO to translate business goals into measurable campaigns.

This contractor role offers ₱50,000–₱70,000 monthly and benefits such as paid time off and growth opportunities;

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on, end-to-end marketing experience.
• Experience in B2B, professional services, HR, recruitment, or startup environments is an advantage.
• Proven experience across paid ads, SEO, content, email, lead generation, website growth, and campaigns.
• Experience developing and executing Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies.
• Strong analytics and reporting skills with the ability to turn data into action.
• Experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and/or Meta Ads.
• Understanding of SEO, website performance, and conversion optimization.
• Experience with tools such as Apollo, Instantly, and GoHighLevel is a strong advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Self-directed, analytical, and comfortable working independently.
• Stable internet connection and professional remote work setup.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the overall marketing and Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy.
• Develop GTM plans for new services, campaigns, target markets, and growth opportunities.
• Define target audiences, positioning, messaging, channels, and campaigns.
• Own the marketing calendar across all channels.
• Manage the full marketing funnel from awareness to lead generation and conversion.
• Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness, qualified leads, website traffic, and revenue.
• Partner closely with the CEO to turn business goals into measurable marketing initiatives.
• Plan and manage campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads.
• Monitor lead quality and campaign performance.
• Create regular reports and provide actionable insights.
• Use data to optimize campaigns, budgets, content, and channels.
