Job summary

Lendi Group is seeking a GTM Coordinator - Homes to join our Growth team, working remotely from the Philippines with Australia-based leads. You’ll translate briefs into tasks, coordinate multiple campaigns, and ensure on-time delivery across Creative, Content, Social, Journeys and Performance.

You’ll break down briefs, manage tickets in Jira Service Management, maintain campaign trackers, and contribute copy ideas while the final copy and strategy remain with AU leads.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years' experience in marketing coordination, campaign coordination or project coordination.
• Experience managing briefs and tasks across multiple teams using workflow tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, Monday.com.
• Strong written English and the ability to draft clear stakeholder updates.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate campaign briefs from GTM and Growth leads and translate them into tasks, timelines and tickets.
• Engage cross-functional teams to schedule work and keep deliverables moving to deadline.
• Raise and manage intake tickets through Jira Service Management and maintain briefing statuses.
• Keep campaign trackers, delivery calendars and asset registers up to date.
