Peoplegig is seeking a proactive Social Media & Growth Coordinator to oversee content, community engagement, and growth initiatives across multiple brands. This full-time, dedicated offshore role is remote from the Philippines, aligned with Australian business hours for collaboration with stakeholders.

You will own content planning, publishing, UGC sourcing, and performance reporting to drive enquiries and bookings.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of experience in social media management.
• Experience managing business accounts across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
• Strong Canva skills for branded materials.
• Basic video editing for Reels and short-form content.
• Experience planning and managing paid Facebook and Instagram advertising.
• Ability to manage multiple brands and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage social media content across brands.
• Develop monthly content calendars for each brand.
• Create and publish social content including feed posts, Stories, Reels, TikTok.
• Coordinate with teams to source photos, videos, promotions and events.
• Maintain Google Business Profiles with posts and updates.
• Plan and manage campaigns and performance reports.
