Job summary

DEVTAC is seeking a dynamic Account Manager for a remote role based in Manila. You will identify growth opportunities, build key client relationships, drive new business, and close deals to contribute to revenue growth.

Responsibilities include managing accounts, presenting to clients, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and delivering data-driven solutions. You will mentor junior staff and help shape product improvements through client feedback.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years in IT services, solutions or SaaS sales is preferred.
• Proven ability to build relationships and close deals in a B2B context.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Experience handling multiple projects with tight timelines.
• Familiarity with CRM applications and productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify growth opportunities and develop strategic plans for new business.
• Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and accounts.
• Drive revenue through upsell and cross-sell initiatives.
• Coordinate with product, sales, and support to fulfill client needs.
• Prepare reports on account performance and growth strategies.
