Job summary

Wing is seeking an Outbound Growth Operations Lead to design and manage the full outbound stack. You will build GoHighLevel workflows, automate handoffs, and run multi-channel campaigns from cold emails to LinkedIn outreach.

You will monitor performance, optimize deliverability, and report weekly on numbers and learnings. The role requires hands-on GoHighLevel, Clay enrichment, Instantly, and HeyReach experience, plus comfort in calls with US/UK founders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B outbound or RevOps with campaigns you built.
• Hands-on experience creating GoHighLevel workflows and automations.
• Experience with cold email deliverability.
• Familiar with Clay enrichment and LinkedIn outreach.
• Comfortable leading live calls with founders.

Responsibilities

• Build outbound stack with GoHighLevel workflows and email campaigns.
• Automate handoffs between tools to reduce manual work.
• Monitor inboxes and LinkedIn; triage replies and book meetings.
• Track deliverability, rates, and run A/B tests on lists and copy.
• Maintain SOPs and participate in client/vendor calls.
