Job summary

Coconut is seeking a GHL Marketing Specialist to own lifecycle and CRM campaigns for our remote team. You will build, test, and optimize GoHighLevel sequences, craft email and SMS copy in our brand voice, and manage data quality across campaigns and landing pages.

You will coordinate with agency partners, monitor campaign performance, and ensure timely delivery of reporting and optimizations across client projects.

Qualifications

• Experience with lifecycle, nurture, and engagement campaigns in GoHighLevel.
• Ability to write clear, brand-true email and SMS copy.
• Ability to analyze campaign performance and act on it.
• Experience coordinating with agencies or vendors.
• Comfort with AI tools to draft, build, and analyze faster.

Responsibilities

• Own lifecycle engine end to end in GoHighLevel.
• Build and update landing pages and funnels used by sequences.
• Manage list hygiene, segmentation, tagging and uploads for clean data.
• Write email and SMS copy in our brand voice.
• Monitor forms, automations, calendars, and integrations for QA.
• Maintain marketing calendar, deadlines, and cross-vendor coordination.
• Produce weekly KPI reports and lead-source dashboards.
