Job summary

Zipdev LLC is seeking a Marketing Director to own the marketing function end-to-end in a remote capacity. You will lead generation, strategy, budgeting, and ongoing improvement of the marketing department as part of the leadership team within an EOS framework.

You will translate company goals into a strategic marketing plan, drive B2C growth, and manage internal and external resources including vendors and partners.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of marketing experience with at least 2+ years in a leadership/management role.
• Experience owning marketing strategy and execution in a small-to-mid-size company ($5M–$20M revenue).
• B2C marketing experience including direct mail/print, ambassador or referral programs, and paid media (PPC/CRO).

Responsibilities

• Lead generation to support annual revenue targets and B2C growth.
• Set marketing strategy across campaigns, messaging, and brand; build quarterly plans.
• Oversee budget for ROA/ROI and negotiate vendor/agency agreements.
• Define quarterly goals, KPIs, and the marketing scorecard; monitor metrics weekly.
• Own content approvals for email, social, blogs and paid advertising.
• Oversee website updates, landing pages, and UX/template changes.
