Job summary

The THE/STUDIO is seeking a Head of Marketing to lead, execute, and scale our marketing engine in a 100% remote, independent contractor role. You will own growth channels, map the end-to-end customer journey, and build a high-impact marketing function in a fast-growing, globally distributed company.

Expected to drive cross-channel performance, establish analytics, and align with sales and operations to deliver measurable revenue impact while maintaining lean execution and ownership.

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years of digital/performance marketing leadership in a high-growth company.
• Proven ability to lead a marketing function and drive growth.
• Strong analytics mindset with experience in GA4 and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Scale the Marketing Engine by expanding channels and teams.
• Map and optimize the end-to-end customer journey across all touchpoints.
• Drive cross-channel growth across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Paid Social, SEO, email.
• Establish granular performance tracking and GA4 dashboards within 3–6 months.
• Prioritize high-impact growth opportunities and run disciplined experiments.
• Align growth initiatives with Sales, Operations, and Exec Leadership.
• Build lightweight processes and reporting cadences for the team.
