Job summary

Wonolo is seeking a Growth Marketing Associate to build and optimize the B2C acquisition and activation machine. You’ll run campaigns, design AI-powered flows, and create scalable systems to drive activation and retention for frontline workers across markets.

You’ll work with a remote-first US-based team, employing low-code tools and LLM APIs to automate funnel steps from acquisition to activation. This role welcomes candidates across Latin America, with strong emphasis on measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3+ years in growth marketing or lifecycle marketing
• Shipped internal tools adopted by teams and tied to KPIs
• Experience with B2C activation and retention you can quantify

Responsibilities

• Monitor market health data and activate campaigns across markets
• Own end-to-end campaign prioritization, audience, channel, messaging, and measurement
• Build AI-native workflows and automation to scale activation and retention
• Translate funnel strategy into triggered campaigns and onboarding sequences
• Prototype and iterate on activations using low-code and AI tools
