Smart Outsourcing Solution is seeking an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to own demand generation for a US-based consultancy while delivering client projects. You’ll build and optimize the internal acquisition engine and apply learnings to client engagements.
You will drive the GoHighLevel-driven funnel architecture, landing pages, and CRM data integrity, coordinating with SEO partners and AI-assisted workflows to maximize lead generation and measurable outcomes.
We are looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to own demand generation for a US-based marketing consultancy serving high-ticket service businesses, while also helping build and deliver marketing solutions for its clients. This role combines internal growth marketing with client-facing marketing execution. You will build and optimize the consultancy's own acquisition engine while applying those same skills to client projects. The insights gained from client work will help improve internal marketing performance, while internal campaigns will serve as reference cases for client engagements. The business has established intellectual property, a defined target audience, and approximately 30,000 untapped prospects. The immediate priority is to build a measurable, repeatable acquisition engine from the ground up. This is not an entry-level position or a role where you simply execute predefined campaign briefs. You will have the autonomy to determine what to build, test, and optimize.
