Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and support tickets promptly and professionally.
• Monitor and respond to social media comments to foster conversation and engagement.
• Moderate comments and remove spam or policy-violating content per guidelines.
• Escalate high-risk or sensitive issues to the Team Lead as needed.
• Assist team with questions and process clarification to ensure consistency.
• Maintain brand voice and accurate responses across platforms.
