Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a proactive Business Development & Growth Executive in the Philippines for a fully remote, full-time role. You will lead Philippines-focused BD activities and support growth initiatives across Asia, using research, outreach, and CRM discipline to build a strong pipeline.

You will engage with senior leaders, manage prospect databases, and collaborate with marketing to tailor campaigns.

Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in business development, lead generation, or related roles.
Experience in B2B services, advertising, branding, design, or marketing is a plus.
Strong written and spoken English; comfortable engaging senior decision-makers.

Responsibilities

Develop Philippines-focused business development activities, including prospecting and pipeline management.
Support Asia-focused marketing, campaigns, and outreach across markets in the region.
Conduct market research, build prospect lists, and qualify opportunities for senior leaders.
Schedule discovery meetings and coordinate follow-ups to advance opportunities.
Maintain CRM data, track outreach activity, and report pipeline updates.
Leverage AI tools to improve research, targeting, and personalization in outreach.
Collaborate with marketing to tailor messages by industry and audience.
Assist with presentations, credentials, case studies, and proposal inputs when needed.
