You will transform content into measurable reach, engagement, and growth, collaborating on strategy and execution while staying aligned with company goals.

Qualifications

• 3-6+ years in social media management, SEO, digital marketing, or audience growth.
• Strong understanding of publishing platforms, algorithms, and engagement best practices.
• Experience with SEO tools and technical/on-page optimization.
• Proficient in analytics to measure and improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily social media publishing across multiple platforms.
• Build publishing calendars and ensure timely delivery.
• Optimize posts with platform-specific best practices and tags.
• Monitor engagement and report brand mentions to teams.
• Support advocacy efforts to extend content reach.
• Monitor growth metrics and identify opportunities for engagement.
• Collaborate with Growth Marketing for paid amplification when needed.
• Own technical and on-page SEO execution.
• Conduct keyword research and optimize metadata and content.
• Track site health and indexing issues and propose improvements.
• Develop dashboards to report audience growth and performance.
• Translate data into actionable optimization recommendations.
• Identify trends to improve digital presence and testing strategy.
• Drive publishing workflow improvements through automation and AI tools.
