Job summary

Private Advertiser, a well-established consumer retailer, is seeking a Social Media Content Manager to turn ideas into content people want to see, share, and engage with, thereby driving brand growth.

You’ll plan content calendars, craft captions and stories, monitor conversations, and translate insights into stronger content. This on-site role is based at Chino Roces Avenue, Makati City.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 2–3 years of social media management experience; retail experience is a plus.
• Strong content creation, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
• Proficiency with social platforms, trends, analytics, and tools.
• Willing to work fully on-site at Makati City.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the brand’s presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Build content calendars and develop engaging content aligned with campaigns and brand priorities.
• Translate marketing ideas into compelling social content, captions, and digital storytelling.
• Monitor comments, messages, and online conversations to keep the brand connected with its audience.
• Track content and campaign performance and turn insights into actionable recommendations.
• Work closely with Marketing and Store teams to bring campaigns and activations to life.
• Stay ahead of emerging social trends, content formats, and digital audience behaviors.
