You will manage content calendars, optimize paid campaigns, and analyze performance to improve reach and conversions.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Experience: At least 1–2 years of proven experience in social media management.
• Proficiency in major social platforms and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
• Strong understanding of analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Instagram Analytics).
• Creative mindset with excellent copywriting and visual storytelling skills.
• Knowledge of paid advertising on social platforms.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Create and curate high-quality, engaging content (images, videos, captions) that reflect the brand's voice.
• Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and foster community engagement.
