Lendi Group in the Philippines is seeking a Marketing Coordinator - Homes to translate briefs from GTM, Growth leads into concrete tasks and timelines, coordinating with Creative, Content, Social, Journeys and Performance teams to delivery. This remote role overlaps AU business hours and aligns with Australia-based leads.

You'll manage Jira tickets, trackers, and asset libraries, assist with events, and draft initial copy for emails, social and web assets under direction from Australia-based

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing coordination or campaign coordination.
• Experience managing briefs and tasks across multiple teams using workflow tools.
• Strong written English with the ability to draft clear copy and updates.
• Organised, calm under pressure and able to manage tight timelines.
• Comfortable working remotely with Australia-based stakeholders and overlapping hours.

Responsibilities

• Take campaign and GTM briefs and translate them into tasks, timelines and tickets.
• Coordinate across Creative, Content, Social, Journeys and Performance to keep work on schedule.
• Raise and manage intake tickets using Jira Service Management and keep stakeholders informed.
• Support event planning, asset workflows and post-event follow-ups; draft copy suggestions.
