Job summary

Lendi Group is seeking a GTM Coordinator - Homes to join its Growth team. This remote role is based in the Philippines with a hybrid setup and a Makati office requirement for in-person work at times.

You will translate briefs into tasks, drive campaigns across Creative, Content, Social, Journeys and Performance, manage Jira Service Management, and assist with events, reporting and documentation to support product and category growth.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years' experience in marketing coordination, campaign coordination or project coordination.
• Strong written English and ability to draft clear copy and updates.
• Organised, calm under pressure with multiple campaigns and tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Translate briefs into tasks, timelines and tickets.
• Coordinate teams across Creative, Content, Social, Journeys and Performance.
• Raise and manage intake tickets in Jira Service Management; keep briefs and statuses current.
• Prepare copy suggestions for email, social, web; review against briefs.
• Plan events, webinars and activations; assist with follow-up workflows.
• Compile campaign status updates and post-campaign summaries.
