Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced capture managers to help train AI language models by leading RFI/RFP responses for government contracts. You will own compliance matrices, past-performance narratives, and capture plans, delivering expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship.

The role is fully remote with flexible hours (5–20+ hours per week). Start date ASAP. Compensation is $100 per hour. Experience with public-sector solicitations is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading RFI and RFP responses for public-sector or government contracting opportunities.
• Direct ownership of compliance matrices, past-performance narratives, and capture plans for competitive government solicitations.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.
