Job summary

Level 9 Virtual is seeking a Google Ads Virtual Assistant with hands-on campaign management experience and proficiency in GoHighLevel (GHL). This remote, project-based role offers the flexibility to jump in and deliver results with minimal supervision.

You will set up, optimize, and monitor Google Ads campaigns, conduct keyword research, manage leads with GHL, track conversions, and report on performance. Strong English communication and independent work style are essential.

Qualifications

Proven hands‑on experience with Google Ads.
Strong GoHighLevel (GHL) experience is required.
Experience with campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
Understanding of conversion tracking and lead generation.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Good written and verbal English communication.
Able to work independently and meet project deadlines.
Reliable internet connection and a suitable work-from-home setup.

Responsibilities

Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and key metrics.
Conduct keyword research and make optimization recommendations.
Create and optimize ad copy and campaign targeting.
Analyze campaign data and identify opportunities for improvement.
Track leads and conversions.
Work with GoHighLevel (GHL) for lead management, funnels, tracking, and/or automation.
Troubleshoot campaign and tracking issues when needed.
Provide regular updates on campaign performance and completed tasks.
