Responsibilities

• Manage and improve Google Ads accounts for several businesses at once.
• Keep an eye on account performance regularly and adjust bids, budgets, and keywords to lift results.
• Push conversion value up by refining targeting, ad copy, and landing page alignment.
• Track cost per lead, conversion rate, and return on ad spend for each account.
• Run keyword research to uncover new openings and cut wasted spend.
• Write, test, and iterate on ad copy, headlines, and ad extensions.
• Set up and verify conversion tracking for calls, form submissions, and bookings.
• Flag account issues, policy warnings, or budget problems immediately.
• Deliver clear, easy-to-read performance reports on a consistent schedule.
