SmartScale360 is seeking an experienced Outbound Sales Representative (Remote) to manage inbound and outbound leads for a U.S.-based client. You will qualify prospects, schedule appointments, and drive opportunities in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

This full-time remote role requires a strong track record in lead generation, CRM management, and high-volume outreach. The position offers a PHP 50,000/month base with performance bonuses, 10 days PTO, annual appraisal, and growth

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of inside sales or appointment setting experience.
• Proven ability to convert inbound/outbound leads into qualified appointments.
• Excellent English communication, both spoken and written.
• Strong phone presence and objection-handling skills.
• CRM proficiency and remote-work readiness.

Responsibilities

• Promptly contact new inbound leads to maximize conversions.
• Build rapport and schedule high-quality in-home consultations.
• Qualify homeowners and manage appointment calendars.
• Maintain accurate CRM records after every interaction.
• Collaborate on scripts and sales processes to improve conversions.
• Coach and onboard new appointment setters as growth opportunity.
