RepRisk Philippines, Inc. is seeking a proactive Program Manager to bring structure to complexity, translate priorities into action, and drive Data, Product and Technology initiatives globally. You will align teams, enable effective decisions, and ensure clear follow-through across the organization.

The role emphasizes governance, cross-functional delivery, and leadership support for strategic initiatives, with a flexible hybrid work model including some remote work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant business, technology, data, engineering, or project management field.
• At least seven years’ experience in program or project management, operations, consulting, governance, or a related discipline.
• Proven success leading complex cross-functional initiatives and engaging multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with governance forums, stakeholder and risk management, ideally in data, technology, product, or operational environments.
• Experience in a global, multicultural organization is a must; relevant project management certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Data Operations: Support strategic and operational planning, prioritization, and execution across data operations.
• Data Operations: Coordinate cross-functional activities, dependencies, risks, and follow-up to maintain delivery momentum.
• Data Operations: Develop clear plans, progress updates, and decision materials that promote transparency and continuous improvement.
• Data Governance: Coordinate governance activities, priorities, decisions, actions, and outcomes across relevant functions.
• Data Governance: Support the development and maintenance of governance roadmaps, processes, standards, and documentation.
• Data Governance: Monitor progress against governance objectives and provide clear reporting to support alignment and accountability.
• Product & Technology Leadership Support: Support leadership planning, meeting preparation, decision-making, and follow-through on organizational priorities.
• Product & Technology Leadership Support: Coordinate reporting, communications, action tracking, and operational processes across Product & Technology.
• Product & Technology Leadership Support: Prepare executive-level materials and provide coordination support for strategic and organizational initiatives.
• Cross-functional Product & Technology Projects: Lead or support strategic projects from planning through delivery, managing milestones, risks, dependencies, and outcomes.
• Cross-functional Product & Technology Projects: Facilitate collaboration, workshops, reviews, and decision-making across Product, Technology, and Data teams.
• Cross-functional Product & Technology Projects: Drive alignment, process improvement, and organizational change to deliver high-quality, sustainable results.
