Job summary

Ingenico in the Philippines is seeking a skilled professional to manage end-to-end customer order lifecycles and ensure accurate, timely delivery. You will act as a trusted contact for customers, coordinate transport, monitor orders and inventory, and resolve issues to maintain exceptional service levels.

The role requires solid experience in supply chain, logistics and order management, strong stakeholder management, and proficiency with SAP in a multi-country APAC environment.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in Supply Chain, Logistics and Order Management.
• Strong experience in customer facing operational environments.
• Sound understanding of end-to-end supply chain and order-to-delivery processes.
• Experience working across multiple countries or complex regional operations, ideally within APAC.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end customer order lifecycle, ensuring accurate and timely delivery outcomes.
• Act as a trusted point of contact for customers, providing proactive communication and issue resolution.
• Transport coordination and delivery execution.
• Monitor orders, inventory, and transport performance, identifying and resolving risks before they impact customers.
• Manage customer claims and escalations, driving effective and timely issues resolution.
• Partner with Planning, Procurement, Finance, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to maintain operational excellence.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, service quality, and customer experience.
