Job summary

Concentrix is seeking an experienced Workforce GVPCW to lead forecasting, capacity planning, and scheduling for our Quezon City operations. You will manage a team, develop models for staffing, intraday management, and performance analysis to support the workforce strategy.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with Business Development, Operations, and Clients, along with mentoring the team and ensuring accurate, timely workforce plans in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Requires Associate's degree in related field.
• More than seven years of relevant experience preferred, including two years in progressive management.
• Experience with forecasting, capacity planning and scheduling software tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to mentor and lead a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review forecasts, schedules, and plans for accuracy and standards.
• Partner with Business Development, Operations, and Clients to develop models for staffing.
• Lead reviews of call center efficiency and performance to meet client and financial goals.
• Ensure forecasting and scheduling tools are properly configured and maintained.
• Lead development of forecasts, resource plans, and schedules for new programs.
