Job summary

10XME Technology Inc. seeks a driven Country Operations Lead to build and scale egocentric video capture operations across the Philippines.

You will own end-to-end execution of AI data collection projects, recruit and manage a large field workforce, and ensure data quality meets client specifications. You will construct workflows, dashboards, and reporting while upholding compliance with local regulations and data protection standards.

Qualifications

• Must have strong leadership to build and scale operations in the Philippines.
• Experience running large-scale data collection or field operations is a plus.
• Ability to translate client requirements into actionable plans and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Own the successful execution of Philippines-based video capture projects.
• Translate client requirements into operational plans, workflows, timelines, and deliverables.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with quality standards.
• Monitor performance metrics like throughput, acceptance rates, and contributor productivity.
• Establish dashboards and reporting for leadership and clients.
• Drive continuous improvement for efficiency and dataset quality.
• Build and manage large contributor networks across the Philippines.
• Oversee onboarding, training, and engagement programs for contributors.
• Develop QA frameworks and ensure compliance with data collection protocols.
• Lead Operations Managers, Project Coordinators, QA Specialists, and Support Teams.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
