Qualifications

• 5+ years operations experience, preferably in accounting services.
• 2+ years experience as supervisor or team leader.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and entity management services, concepts, and processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of global clients from aTechnical Accounting & Service delivery perspective.
• Coach team members and maintain a positive work environment to deliver exceptional service.
• Allocate resources to meet objectives and deadlines; ensure timely delivery of contracted tasks.
• Document procedures and processes at client, country, and process levels; track client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other managers to handle client escalations through to resolution and drive continuous improvement.
