Job summary

Safeguard Global is seeking a Manager - Accounting & Entity Management to lead a portfolio of global clients from a technical accounting and service delivery perspective. You will coach teams, manage resources, and ensure timely, accurate delivery of accounting and entity management tasks across regions.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of operations experience (preferably in accounting), 2+ years in supervision, and strong process-analytics skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years operations experience, preferably experience in accounting services.
• 2+ years experience as supervisor or team leader.
• Strong knowledge of building efficient business processes and team performance metrics.
• Demonstrated track record of planning and managing at both strategic and operational levels using metrics.
• Proven ability to grow internal talent and prepare people for expanded responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching to team members and maintain a positive work environment.
• Ensure the team delivers contracted accounting tasks effectively while delivering exceptional service to customers.
• Allocate resources to meet objectives and deadlines.
• Deliver relevant Accounting & Entity management contracted tasks.
• Document procedures at process, client and country levels.
• Maintain client satisfaction within the portfolio and manage escalations.
• Collaborate with other managers to resolve client issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Contribute to development of the AEM service portfolio and oversee AEM P&L.
• Work with other departments to understand processes and provide insights.
• Recommend improvements to policies and procedures and support new client engagement.
