You will oversee month-end close, ensure GAAP/IFRS compliance, empower a high-performing team, and collaborate with Finance, Tax, Treasury, FP&A, and Operations to enable scalable, accurate financial operations worldwide. Qualifications

• CPA with a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy from a reputable college or university.
• 8+ years of combined accounting and audit experience with accurate financial reporting.
• 4+ years in a supervisory or people management role.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and financial management skills.
• Proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Drive financial reporting excellence with timely, compliant month-end and quarter-end closes.
• Lead and develop a high-performing accounting team for growth and results.
• Strengthen compliance and control frameworks per GAAP, IFRS, and local regulations.
• Influence process transformation and automation to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Partner with Finance, Tax, Treasury, FP&A and Operations across markets.
