Job summary

Resolv Global in the Philippines is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to help customers via email, coordinate projects, and ensure a reliable, positive experience at every stage. You will manage orders for satellite imagery and geospatial data, communicate updates, and work with internal teams and partners to resolve issues.

This is a fully remote, independent contract role with weekly payments and a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Track multiple customer projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Investigate issues, gather information, and help identify the best possible solution for customers.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to customer requests.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Ensure every customer interaction is handled professionally and with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
